– Independently handling Financial Due Diligence
– Should be able to co-ordinate with tax and other teams to execute and finalize the entire report
– Very strong at documentation
– Client interface and liaison. Independently handle client relationship
– Scoping the assignments, preparing and drafting / reviewing the proposal
– Initiating marketing meetings
– Taxation (high level understanding and concept of transaction)
– Ability to work within deadlines
– Good analytical and communication skill
